Subscription & Cancellation Policy
No Upfront Fees
We never charge upfront costs. $0 setup fee, no deposits, and no initial payment. Your first invoice is sent after your website goes live.
Month-to-Month Subscription
We operate on a rolling month-to-month basis. No long-term contracts, no lock-ins, and no cancellation penalties. You can scale up or down as your business grows. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
Billing & Payment
First Payment: Charged on the first day of your website is launched and live.
Monthly Billing: Recurring monthly payments on the same date each month.
Cancellation: Provide 30 days' written notice to cancel.
Final Payment: You are responsible for the current month's payment if cancellation falls within the billing cycle.
Refunds: Since there are no upfront fees, refunds only apply to overpayments or duplicate charges.
Refunds
Since we do not charge upfront fees, refunds are limited to the following situations:
Overpayment – Full refund issued within 30 days.
Duplicate Charge – Full refund issued within 30 days.
Billing Error – Full refund issued within 30 days.
Cancellation Mid-Month – No refund for the current month's payment. Service continues until the end of the billing cycle.
Work Completed – No refunds for completed work, as you only pay for live websites.
How to Cancel
Send an email to hello@webuildyoursites.com with your cancellation request.
Subject line: "Cancellation Request – [Your Business Name]"
Include your business name, website URL, and preferred cancellation date.
We will confirm your cancellation within 7 business days.
What Happens After Cancellation
Your subscription will end at the end of your current billing cycle.
You will not be billed for any future months.
Your website will remain live until the end of the current billing cycle.
Hosting will be terminated 30 days after the final payment.
